AN UNPARALLELED POLYPROPLENE FORMWORK FOR BUILDING CONCRETE POOLS

Every detail of the polypropylene formwork has been developed to facilitate concrete assembly and casting, in order to optimise concrete quality and resistance.  The unique and patented formwork enables pool makers to gain considerable time and productivity, all while respecting the NF DTU (French Regulations for Standardised Technical Documents) concrete building standards.

A POOL MADE OF MODULAR PANELS WHICH IS EASY AND QUICK TO INSTALL

  • It is a seamless, monoblock, reinforced concrete solution.
  • The time saved for installation is considerable – assembly and casting of an 8x4m pool is possible in just 1 day.
  • The modular panels are clipped by a press in the factory, and supplied ready-assembled and fitted with reinforcements, ready to be put in place, no matter what the depth.  They are made up of a welded steel reinforcement (of 8mm diameter), and two polypropylene panels that serve as the formwork.
  • The modular panels are linked by PVC bridging rails from inside and outside the pool.

  • In non-polluting and stable polypropylene, these modular panels are easy to stock, interchangeable to simplify installation, and have an impeccable outer finish, to accommodate a liner or reinforced PVC membrane.
  • The formwork also insulates the inside and outside of the pool.  It is resistant to the elements, including seismic activity, termites, growing roots and thermal shock.
  • There is less need for earthwork around the formwork.
  • The modular panels enable the construction of concrete pools of all shapes and sizes, from in ground, partially in ground and above ground pools, free-form pools, small pools, infinity and mirror pools and all associated concrete designs.
