Modular Panel 

 

The AQUAFEAT modular panel comprises a Ø 8 mm welded steel reinforcement and 2 polypropylene elements, which are used as permanent formwork. The panel is clipped by a press in the factory ans is supplied ready assembled and fitted with reinforcements. 
 
The elements are linked together by a PVC connecting rail (on the inside and outside of the pool).
 
The panels are designed to take concrete, and thus form a reinforced concrete structure in one single block without any break in the concrete.

Assembly 

 

 There are 2 assembly techniques: 

 
METHOD A : On a raft

  1. Making the raft
  2. Drilling the waiting rebars 
  3. Putting the AQUAFEAT structure in place
  4. Pouring the concrete into the structure

METHOD B : On runners
  1. Making blinding concrete on the periphery
  2. Putting the AQUAFEATstructure in place on runners (adjustable)
  3. Putting the rebars in place (angles)
  4. Pouring the concrete into the structure and raft at the same time.

Design of a shoring kit specially tailored for AQUAFEAT formwork panelling, which aligns, stabilises and maintains the structure when the concrete is being poured. 
   
The AQUAFEAT process is carried out by authorised professionals trained by us (specialist pool companies, construction firms, landscape architects).

The French Centre for Building Science and Technology (CSTB) gave us an authorisation showing that the implementation of the AQUAFEAT formwork meets the requirements needed for a reinforced concrete structure.
